Now we are back in sequence as shown in the manual! Prior to turning the boat over, I like to put a UHMW (ultra high molecular weight) plastic sheet on. Then the chine battens won't get marred turning the boat over, nor will the boat need turned over again during the building process.

Buster is "cheating" as you can see, by positioning the rub strip on with a couple of galvanized staples. This makes it easier for one person to screw the rub strip on level. Once the rub strip are on, this boat is ready to turn over the final time. Ready for the hand rails.
